Refund policy

Australian Detox has a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you will need to comply with all terms outlined below:

•  Your item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
•  The items must be unused and in original packaging, with seal intact.

 

To commence a return, you can contact us at australiandetox@gmail.com. Please note: Returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO BOX 117, Hervey Bay, Queensland 4655, at your cost.

 

Once goods have been returned, total cost of order (less postage) will be refunded to your original payment method.

We recommend using Australia Post parcel “Extra Cover” Insurance for your parcel when purchasing more than one bottle. (optional at checkout)

 

Australia Post Insurance is included on single bottle orders with value less than AU$100. To apply for compensation on broken or damaged items, please see the Australia Post Website.
